Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the tool in its original manufacturer's box, including all manuals, accessories, and the provided RMA slip.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
